How long does it take to get a chair?
First, we have to get it verified that Medicare is their primary insurance and the doctors then has to approve it as medically necessary by signing a Certificate of Medical Necessity. We then come to your home to deliver, program and demonstrate the chair, usually a week turn around time.
What type of scooter do you have?
We do not have scooters our equipment is motorized wheelchair and power chairs. The average cost to purchase the chair is $5,000.00 plus. The cost of a scooter is $1,000 to $1,500 and Medicare does not cover 80% as with the motorized wheelchair and power chairs. A scooter is considered a luxury item with most insurance companies.
What do I have to get from the doctor?
Not a thing, we do all the paperwork. Contacting and of the insurance companies.
What is the service policy for the chair?
We do the service of chair, which is covered 100% on the chair. The batteries are covered for 6 months. We have 800 # for service calls when needed. If the chair needs to be serviced out of home, we leave a loaner chair until their chair has been repaired.
Do I have to go to the office to get my chair?
No, we deliver to the home, program the chair and fit it to the patient. The chair is shown to the patient the assembly and operation.
What insurances do you accept?
The only insurance's that are accepted, for a consumer to receive a motorized wheelchair at NO COST would be Medicare, as a primary or Private Insurance. However, contact our customer support service toll free at 1-877-667-7088 for any questions you have. What is not accepted is Medicare assigned to an HMO!!!!!!
Examples of insurances that are HMO and NOT NORMALLY accepted are Humana Plus, Humana Gold, PHP, AVMED, NHP, CAC, United Health Care, ETC. If a patient is on HMO, only they can make the decision to change their insurance coverage to straight Medicare once they are on Medicare NON-HMO, They can RE contact us for further eligibility processing. Remember that we are here to assist you every step of the way.
What are the types of referring doctors?
Referring doctors are:
Nephrologists --Dialysis Centers -- Take complete care Dialysis Patients
Neurologist -- Specialize in stroke victims -- paralysis from accidents etc
Orthopedic -- (Ortho's) Specialize in bone disease surgery
Rheumatologist -- Endocrinologist -- Specialize in Sports related injuries
These specialist can be found in a dialysis centers, clinics, hospitals, private Practice, rehab facilities, etc.
These doctors, clinics, hospitals etc CANNOT BY LAW, BE OFFERED ANY KIND of a percentage, kickback or remuneration of any kind for any reason, PERIOD. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.
What is your refund policy?

What type of insurance can we process?
No HMO's they do not pay for durable medical equipment, we deal mostly with Medicare, Medicare with a secondary insurance. The most important fact is that their insurance will pay for durable equipment. Which means that they must have Medicare as a primary insurance.
How do I return a product?
Before returning any item, call 1-877-667-7088, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
After I place the order, how long will it take to ship the product?
